Refund policy

If you wish to exchange or return a product you purchased, you have 10 days from the date your order was shipped to do so.

For products ordered through the e-shop, exchanges and returns can only be made via the e-shop, according to our policy as detailed below.

All our products go through a quality check before shipping. That’s why they must be returned exactly in the same condition as you received them, with full packaging. Any sign that the product has been used cancels the possibility of exchange.

Exchanges are carried out through our partnered courier company in order for the above rates to apply. The process for exchanging products is as follows:

  1. You notify us in writing (Instagram, Facebook, or email) about the product(s) you wish to return and which product(s) you want them replaced with.

  2. You send back the package using our partnered courier company, with shipping costs covered by us (recipient).

In the case of a defective product, you must contact us immediately in the manner indicated so that we can handle the issue and proceed – depending on the case – with either repairing the product, replacing it, or refunding your money.

Refunds, in any case, will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase (bank transfer or via IRIS). For returning the product to us, you may choose whichever courier you wish, but the shipping costs to our company are borne by you.
